1. Products not available in my size:

We will intimate you about the products availability as per your requirements. We would require you to mention your email id in the box below and the size which fits you. You will get a notification from us as soon as we have requested item in our stock. Sometimes it may happen that we won’t be able to procure products as per your request.

In such cases you will not receive a notification from us.

Products selected if vary in size, colour, etc. then your consent is required for altering your product’s choice. You will receive a mail for the approval on the same. Your response will be considered positively.

If  you do not agree with the requested change.You retain the right to reject the requested change in the product by replying to it within 10 days of it being sent to you.You will be refunded via your initial payment option.

 

2. What is your delivery period?

We deliver most of our orders within 10 working days from the order date.

 

3. How are orders on All4you delivered to me?

All orders placed on All4you are dispatched through our trusted courier partner.

4. What are the payment options available?

We support Credit Card, Debit Card and Net banking for the payment. We shall also provide cash pick ups in few of the cities through Gharpay.

 

5. How do I track my order?

All All4you items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.

 

6. How do I cancel and return my order?

  • Cancellation Policy: You cannot cancel an order once placed.
  • Return policy:  We consider products for return within 2 days of the receipt. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. In case of damaged products, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

 

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

We do not accept return or exchange requests for jewelleries, cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes and  free items. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.

 

Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our logistics team. In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.

 

If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed Rs 100/- towards shipping costs, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.

 

8. What benefits do I receive if I refer friends to All4you?

You earn Rs.500 when each of your referral registers with All4you.

This is added to your All4you account as a coupon of Rs.500, valid for

15 days. You can redeem this against any purchase of Rs.2, 000 and above. A promo code will be designed for the referral program. You friends can use the promo-code to register for the benefit.

 

Note: Promo Code will be one time usable.

 

 9. Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

If a product is not in stock and u would like to purchase that product.Please write us at [email protected], we will inform you whenever the product is available.
